passionate summer
a recall of how i spent my vacations
It’s been a while since I’ve written anything. Not because I’ve stopped being creative, but because that creativity has shifted into a different form.
This summer, I decided to finally follow something I’ve been interested in for a long long time - graphic design and video editing. Summer just felt like the right moment. It’s the season of energy and passion, when everything feels a bit more possible. So I thought, why not now?
Graphic design has opened up a whole new way of thinking for me. Playing around with layouts, colours, and typography is all about creating something that looks good and communicates clearly. Photoshop has become a go-to for everything from photo editing to poster design, and I’ve recently started learning Illustrator, which is amazing for creating logos, icons, and clean, scalable graphics.
What I love about both design and editing is how they let you express ideas visually. It’s a universal language; no matter where you’re from, a powerful image or a well-edited video can grab your attention and tell a story instantly.
So, while I haven’t been writing much lately, I’ve been creating. So I wanna share some of my most favourite ones i’ve made as a beginner.
(There’s a lotttt of posters still in the drafts so hehe)
Thanks for sticking around and reading this little update on where my creative energy has been lately. If you’ve ever wanted to try something new , whether it’s design, editing, or anything else. Let this be your sign. Sometimes, all it takes is a little curiosity and the right moment to dive in :))
